INFORMATIONAL
MEETING
& DOG TRAINING CLASS
Ever thought of having you and your pet a part of Pet Therapy? Registered pets can visit nursing homes, schools, hospitals and more!
Pets have a very special way of demonstrating unconditional love. Pets do not care what you look like, whether you had a bad day or a good one, or whether you have physical or emotional pains. They love you just the way you are all the time. This is what people who are in long-term care facilities or recovering in rehabilitation hospitals need most of all - to be loved just the way they are!
There will be an Informational meeting about Therapy Pets of the Red River Valley on Tuesday, January 3, 7pm, at Moorhead High (Enter through main doors south side & follow signs). At this meeting, additional information about an upcoming Therapy Pet dog training class, being offered by All Smart Pets Training, will also be provided.
Therapy Pet dog training classes will start Sunday, January 8, 2012 and will run about 6 weeks. Preregistration will also be offered during the infomational meeting.
Hope to see you there! Meeting for Pet owners only, no dogs at this time, thanks!

Delta Society Pet Partner Evaluation Test Dates
We will be sponsoring a Delta Society Pet Partner Evaluation on February 25, 2012. More information regarding the time and location will be available as we get closer to that date.
Please visit the Delta Society website for more information regarding the prerequisites and steps for becoming a registered Pet Partners team.
For handlers wanting to prepare with their dog for this evaluation, we encourage you to take dog obedience classes that are tailored to helping you and your dog pass the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) test. Although passing the CGC test is not a requirement, it is helpful as the Pet Partners evaluation test includes many of the same exercises. Classes and CGC testing are offered by several of the dog training facilities in the Fargo/Moorhead area.
All Smart Pets Training will also be offering Therapy Pet classes, starting in January 2012. For more information, attended our information meeting (see above) or contact AllSmartPets@gmail.com
